In this final class for the series it’s the great patisserie techniques and tips that are covered. You don’t need to do every week, you can just book into the classes you need such as this one, where Emma covers dishes such as Turkish Delight Souffle, Buttermilk and Vanilla Panna Cotta, Hot Jammy Donuts, Orange and Almond Torte with Sweet Mascarpone, and a Chocolate Mousse Tart for grown ups! We will even have some of Tamar Ridge’s Botrytis Riesling to taste beside the desserts, a match made in heaven.
