Taking the Tram

Catch any tram heading north along Elizabeth or William Streets for a quick and easy ride to the Market. From Flemington, there’s the 57 tram along Racecourse Road, Moonee Ponds locals can catch the 59 service and, if you’re in Brunswick, take the number 19 tram along Elizabeth Street.

Taking the Train

The Market is within easy walking distance of Melbourne Central Station (take the Elizabeth Street exit and head north) and Flagstaff Station (walk north along William Street).

Riding a Bike

With free bike parking in and around the Market, cycling to the Market has never been easier. Major bike lanes leading to the Market include those along Royal Parade and Victoria Street.

Where to Park

You can enter the Market car park from Franklin or Queen Streets. On Suzuki Night Market evenings, parking costs $7 from 5pm until 10:30pm.
