Strawberry Coulis Recipe


300 grams strawberries (Garden Organics, Stalls 74-75, I Shed)
125ml water
125 grams caster sugar (Nut Trek, Shop 55-56, Dairy Hall)


Hull and halve strawberries.

Bring water and caster sugar to the boil, dissolving the sugar.

Add strawberries and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft.

Cool, then puree the mixture, and store in the fridge.
