Our Foodies Dream Tour is available as a private group tour when you have 10 or more participants.
The Foodies' Tour is a gourmet tour of the three main produce sections of the Market: the Meat and Fish Hall, the Fruit and Vegetable aisles, and the Dairy Hall. Discover the newest foods and trends in the company of a fully qualified Market Guide. Meet some of the specialist traders and pick up valuable hints in selecting produce while sampling the goods.
See the greatest variety of fresh, seasonal produce offered at the lowest prices. Enjoy two fun-filled hours of food in the exciting hustle and bustle of Melbourne's historic Queen Victoria Market.
Cost: $30 (inclusive of 10% gst)

Heritage Market Tour
Relive over 130 years of colourful history and enjoy the spectacle of the Heritage Market Tour, which takes you on a journey throughout the full market precinct. Learn secrets about the past life of the Market and discover how the changing face of Melbourne was reflected in the produce sold at the Market. An intriguing insight into Melbourne’s soul.
Cost: $19 (inclusive of 10% GST)
Group size: min 10 people, max 75 people
(in groups of 15 max, 10max on Saturdays).
Combination Tour
As the name suggests this tour encompasses the vibrant history of the Heritage tour accompanied by a small sample of some of the scrumptious delicies found on our Foodies tour. The combination tour lasts for approximately 2 hours inclusive of a morning tea which consists of a French pastry and a tea/coffee.
Cost: $30.00pp (inclusive of 10% GST)
Probus Groups: $25pp (inclusive of 10% GST)
Group size: min 10 people, max 75 people
(in groups of 15 max, 10max on Saturdays).
Please note that the Heritage and Combination tours are only available for group bookings. Minimum of 10 people for private group bookings.

Time: 10am-12pm
(Any other 2 hour block in the morning can be accommodated within Market hours)

Shop and Cook
Discover the finest produce the Queen Victoria Market has to offer and then whisk back to the Cooking School for the ultimate cooking class. Queen Victoria Market is the one place that knows all about tastes and flavours!
Duration: 2.5hrs (1 hr tour and 1.5hr cooking class)
Group Size: 18 max people per class
(although groups of up to 36 can be accommodated as a back to back tour)
Cost: School Groups - $50 + GST per head (primary and secondary school only)
