The 6th annual Nusantara Street Festival brings together the Indonesian community living in Victoria and provides Indonesian businesses with an opportunity to showcase the best of Indonesia culture – its tastes, sights, sounds and culture.
This event also celebrates a significant day in Indonesia tradition – Kartini Day, which symbolises Mother’s Day, a day that celebrates women’s roles within Indonesian society.
More than 20 restaurants featuring traditional and authentic Indonesian cuisine and other delicious food from South East Asian neighbours will delight your taste buds. Witness cultural traditions from the region, including the wonderful traditional dancers from the Indonesian archipelago of Sumatra.
Come dressed in your traditional Indonesian outfits and enjoy this wonderful celebration.
