Elaine Canty (BA, LLB)

Chairman of the Company. Well known broadcaster and journalist, Ms Canty is Chairman of the Royal Botanic Gardens. She is former Director of the Boards of Royal Women's Hospital, Women's and Children's Health, VicHealth, State Sport Centres Trust, Athletics Australia and the Victorian Institute of Sport. She is Managing Director of Canty Communications Pty Ltd and is a frequent guest and presenter on ABC radio and television programs.

Jan Boxall (LLB, FAICD)

Director of the Company, Ms Boxall is an independent legal consultant having been a partner at the national law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth where she advised clients in the property and development, health, statutory corporation and government sectors. Ms Boxall is Chair of the Board of the Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital and also a Director of City West Water Ltd.

Peter Buzzard (FCA, FAICD)

Director of the Company. Chairman of Melbourne Sustainable Fund and previously Chairman of Parks Victoria and The People and Parks Foundation. Mr Buzzard is a former partner at Ernst Young. He is also a member of the Audit Committee for the Foundation of Young Australians.

Robyn Stewart (FAPI, FAICD)

Director of the Company. Ms Stewart is a registered valuer, land economist and real estate agent. She is an independent property consultant with extensive experience in asset management, property development and infrastructure projects. Ms Stewart is currently a Director of Archicentre Limited, a Member of the Board of Gippsland Ports, and a Director of the Australian Confederation of Motor Sport. She was formerly a Director and Deputy Chairman of Southern Cross Station Authority, a Member of the Building Practitioners Board, Global Head of Property ANZ, Director of Colliers Jardine, and a Director of Jones Lang Wootton.

Carolyn Parker (B.Bus, ASA, SA Fin)

Director of the Company. Carolyn Parker is Managing Director of the privately owned Kador Group, a property investor with assets across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Her role with Kador involves responsibility for company policy, strategic planning, finance, corporate governance and identification of new investment opportunities. She also sits on the Victorian Board of Advisors of the Property Industry Foundation, Property Advisory Committee for the Salvation Army, Girl Guides Victoria Finance Committee, and the Program Advisory Committee of RMIT School of Property, Construction & Project Management.

George Christopoulos

Director of the Company. From Professional football (soccer) player to 25 successful years in the hospitality business, Melbourne born George Christopoulos worked in the real estate industry before moving to Canberra to study Sports Marketing and Business and training at the Australian Institute of Sport. A career in professional sport followed, playing in the European football leagues and also representing his country playing for the Australian National Socceroos Team. George returned from Europe and entered the hospitality industry, owning and operating some of Mebourne's most well known cafes, bars and restaurants.

Jennifer Hibbs (BA, Grad Dip Prop)

Ms Hibbs has extensive experience in managing and growing markets having been with the Market several years. Prior to her appointment as CEO, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer for both Queen Victoria Market Pty Ltd and Melbourne Wholesale Fish Market Pty Ltd.
