Paul Guerra: Chairman of the Company, Paul Guerra is an accomplished senior executive, having been responsible for major business units at Motorola and Vodafone. Paul has a reputation for delivering results by developing both appropriate strategies and the people he works with. With his significant expertise in leadership, sales, marketing and social media, Paul is currently providing senior level strategic advice to several organisations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, and a Graduate Diploma in Management. Passionate about making a difference in both the Business and social community, Paul is active as a Board Member on several "Not for Profit" organisations, including Red Dust Role Models, and the Million Dollar Lunch. In addition he is an advisory Board Member for a developing Australian company.
Carolyn Parker (B.Bus, ASA, SA Fin): Director of the Company. Carolyn Parker is Managing Director of the privately owned Kador Group, a property investor with assets across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Her role with Kador involves responsibility for company policy, strategic planning, finance, corporate governance and identification of new investment opportunities. She also sits on the Victorian Board of Advisors of the Property Industry Foundation, Property Advisory Committee for the Salvation Army, Girl Guides Victoria Finance Committee, and the Program Advisory Committee of RMIT School of Property, Construction & Project Management.
George Christopoulos: Director of the Company. From Professional football (soccer) player to 25 successful years in the hospitality business, Melbourne born George Christopoulos worked in the real estate industry before moving to Canberra to study Sports Marketing and Business and training at the Australian Institute of Sport. A career in professional sport followed, playing in the European football leagues and also representing his country playing for the Australian National Socceroos Team. George returned from Europe and entered the hospitality industry, owning and operating some of Mebourne's most well known cafes, bars and restaurants.
Patrick Burroughs: Director of the Company, Mr Burroughs is a chartered accountant and was a senior partner at KPMG until his retirement in 1998. He now serves as a non executive director on the boards of a number of organisations in both the commercial and not for profit sectors.

Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer Hibbs (BA, Grad Dip Prop): Ms Hibbs has extensive experience in managing and growing markets having been with the Market several years. Prior to her appointment as CEO, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer for both Queen Victoria Market Pty Ltd and Melbourne Wholesale Fish Market Pty Ltd.
