European trained Darren Purchese first came to our attention as Executive Pastry Chef at Vue De Monde, and for Sydneysiders at Restaurant Guillaume at Bennelong. Easter also sees Darren celebrating ten years in Australia and the incredible following he has amassed at his South Yarra sweet studio.
