Course duration:  3.5 hours 
 
This course will be useful to; food & beverage attendants, volunteers and special event staff, permanent & casual restaurant staff, Proprietors, Supervisors & Licensees.

Learn the elements required for serving alcohol and dealing with alcohol affected customers.  The course content includes:

- Identify customers to whom service may be refused
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Assist alcohol affected customers

Upon successful completion, students will be registered on the Liquor Licensing Victoria database and will be given a Statement of Attainment in:

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol - SITHFAB009A
