Food Safety Supervisors Course

In just 1 day, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge you need to undertake food safety supervision in the workplace.  You’ll enjoy expert training with qualified instructors in a commercial facility.  On successful completion of the course, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment for three nationally accredited training units.

What You’ll Learn

* The essentials of food safety legislation and your responsibilities under a Food Safety Program.
* The theory and practice of implementing food safety procedures.
* How to complete food safety records as part of a Food Safety Program
* Processes such as food storage, preparation and handling, displaying, service and transportation.
* Ways to minimise potential hazards such as food poisoning and adulteration through good personal  hygiene, cleaning and sanitising, temperature control and safe food handling and storage procedures.
* How to reduce risk to both your business and customers by providing a cleaner and safer work environment.

Course assessments combine classroom activities, course work, and workplace tasks including record keeping.  Group discounts and flexible delivery modes are also available.

Course Duration, Fees and Inclusions:

Duration: 7.5 Hours from 9.30am – 5:00pm
Course Fee: $110 per person (no GST applicable)
                     Discounts are available for group bookings

Inclusions:
This fee includes all training notes, workshop materials and refreshments. Participants will receive a Statement of Attainment on successful completion of the course.  Free on-site parking for enrolled students.
